Glasgow Extensions & Conversions is owned by local builder Stan Milligan. Stan has been a fully qualified joiner for over 35 years working initially as a self employed joiner in the private housing market, specialising in timber frame construction as main sub contractor to Miller homes East and West of Scotland.

Following this Stan then spent almost 15 years with Barratt homes working on many prestigious contracts where the sites were awarded 5 star NHBC awards. The last major project Stan worked on, before setting up his own building & joinery business, was the conversion of the former BBC buildings in Glasgow into million pound plus townhouses.

With many years of hands on experience in all aspects of the house building trade, from project design through to completion, S Milligan Joiners & Builders has gone from strength to strength and grown over the last 5 years to now being a VAT registered LTD company and one of the leading house building firms in Glasgow and beyond.
